• The syringes are fitted with a reverse Luer connector and are purple in colour so they are easily identifiable from other patient access lines.
• The reverse Luer connector does not fit intravenous equipment, eliminating the risk of accidental misconnections.
• The use of a standard reverse Luer allows the syringes to be connected and used with all other enteral equipment without the use of adapters.
